We hope you love your Flybrow products as much as we loved creating them. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

Unopened items returned within 14 days of delivery in their original or similar sized packaging are eligible for a refund, less a $12.95 restocking fee.

To initiate a return, email hello@flybrow.com within 14 days of receipt and we’ll provide a return label. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Opened or used items, items not returned in the original mailer or similar sized, or returns requested after 14 days are not eligible.

Step 1 will do the work if applied to a cleansed brow & left for the perfect amount of time. Getting glue off a newly laminated brow can be damaging (or too rough) especially once you can't get them wet!

• Discontinue use of topical retinoids at least 3 days before. The chemicals can interact with each other causing sensitivity on the skin.
  
• Make sure to shower and wash your face before your appointment, so that no water for 24 hours is no big deal!
  
• You can always remove makeup with a wipe or cotton pad but as long as you don't splash your face with water

Usually 4-8 weeks.
Depending on the brow hairs' growth pattern and thickness, and the after-care (doing it immediately and regularly to keep the brows soft and hydrated).

• Do not get them wet for 24 hours.
• No water, no steam, no sweat until they set!
• Do not try to brush them dry.
• Always wet them or oil them before trying to move them so the hairs stay healthy.
• Brushing them dry once they are set, in weeks 1-2, could cause breakage.

Prevention > cure.
Its easier to keep your brows soft after lamination than to try to rehydrate them after they get dry #aftercare

Usually 1 month on the hair.
3-5 days on the skin. Longevity can be affected by your cleansing regimen, so wash carefully around the brows if you want it to last longer!
